Directions

The church/meetinghouse is located at 1446 Massachusetts Avenue. The Parish House is at 3 Church Street, which is also the mailing address, where the church offices are located and where many events take place. The buildings are connected as one, and there is ground level elevator access to both at #1 Church Street.

If you do not have children to bring to the child care area via the 3 Church Street entrance, or do not need the elevator access at #1 Church Street, we ask that for worship services you enter the meetinghouse via Massachusetts Avenue (main entrance).

Exit via Harvard Square main entrance. Cross Massachusetts Ave. to Harvard Coop building. Go right to Church St. First Parish is on the corner of Mass. Ave. and Church Street.

BY CAR
Harvard Square is a maze of one way streets and is easiest to navigate with a map. On-street metered parking is limited to two hours on weekdays. Parking is free on Sundays by courtesy of Harvard at the Church St. lot until 1:00 p.m. if you stamp your ticket in the church entrance.

Take Mass Pike I-90 to the Cambridge/Allston exit (exits left off Pike). Stay right through toll booth and follow signs to Cambridge. Go straight through first set of lights over bridge (Charles River). Just over bridge at lights turn left on to Memorial Drive. Follow the Charles River (on left) past two sets of lights. At third set of lights take right on JKF Street. On JFK St. turn left at the third set of lights onto Eliot Street. (Curious George Bookstore is on your left). Take your first right (pass Palmer St. , which is one-way and looks like an alley) onto Brattle Street, then right on Church Street. The Church Street Lot is on the left.

Parking is free on Sundays only until 1 p.m. at the Church Street Lot by courtesy of Harvard University if you stamp your ticket either in the Meetinghouse foyer (1446 Mass. Ave.)or by the Parish House (3 Church St.) exit door. You must leave the lot by 1:00 p.m.
