Meetinghouse e-News Signup and Submission Guidelines

Articles are due by 8:00 a.m. on the 25th of the preceding month, with the exception of the January edition, for which deadline is 8:00 am of the third Monday in December. July/August is a single edition with a deadline of the fourth Monday in June. Please e-mail all newsletter submissions directly to office [at] fpcambridge [dot] org.
In addition to ministers' columns, the MHN may include:
* notices of upcoming First Parish events, meetings, programs and worship services
* updates regarding committee work, workshops, RE classes, and social justice/community outreach projects
* membership news (including joys & concerns, transitions and acknowledgments)
Articles need to be sent as MS Word or Wordperfect attachments, not as an e-mail message. Give the attachment (as well as the subject of your e-mail) a personally identifiable name such as SmithOctober MHN, not a generic name such as October MHN.
Before submitting your article: Please double-check any pertinent pieces of information (names, telephone numbers, websites & e-mail addresses, dates & times, locations **, prices, etc.) to make sure they are all correct. ** Room space at First Parish needs to be reserved through Carol Rabs at office [at] fpcambridge [dot] org.
