You have a place in the First Parish community.
First Parish is literally a Meeting House—a spiritual home where we meet friends (new and old), build community, and find meaningful human connection. We hope you’ll become a part of our vibrant and diverse congregation!
While the foundation of our community is Sunday morning, where every week we unite around our shared values and aspirations, connections are nourished throughout the week though many groups and activities.
A good place to begin deepening connections at First Parish is by joining a Soul Matters Group. Soul Matters groups meet monthly to build community and foster spiritual growth through facilitated engagement with a significant spiritual question.
In addition to Soul Matters, you might find a home in one of the many thriving communities and affinity groups at First Parish, such as our young adult group, elders group, or people of color community.
Families and children connect regularly through our religious education program. You’ll find more about these opportunities in the menu on the right (or below, if you’re on your phone).
Sometimes we build connections through caring for one another in difficult times, or by working side-by-side to serve others and build a more just society.
In everything we do at First Parish, we seek to foster human encounters that nourish and sustain us!
