A prayer for feeling burnt out

Thank you for the little light that sometimes goes on, to alert me to a time of limited capacity. I need this, and I know it is Your gentle warning.

You speak in the inmost part of me, to say be careful here, take it easy because you are not in top form.

Take stock of what is possible. Notice when your capacity is diminished by physical or emotional strain, and take care of that so you can respond in the way you desire.

Thank You God for this capacity alert.
I need it. Amen.
